A few weeks ago I completed Sunrise 11, shown in this post. I’m always excited when the ETSY Favorites start coming in immediately after a new listing. It means I’ve created an art quilt people are interested in. After only about 4 week on Etsy, this quilt sold and I’m not surprised. I will be focusing more on sunsets and sunrises in my creations later this summer and fall. Photos of times past and a daily view of beautiful sunrises and sunsets is a continual inspiration for new art quilts. The colors are varied but similar. The clouds this year have added an extraordinary layer of unexpected beauty. Watch for more designs of these special times each day.
